BOOKING POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING TIMES: Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed time limit. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional makeup needs outside booking will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment. All makeup applications for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

DEPOSIT: $40 deposit is required to secure booking. No exceptions. All deposits may be accepted via Credit Card, Cash, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment.

Bridal Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

LATE/EARLY APPOINTMENTS: For late appointments, if 15 minutes late, a fee of $25 will be added to the total service price. After 20 minutes, you will be required to re-book another appointment. For early appts before business hours, a $15 fee will be added to the total service price

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:

All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If its 24 hours notice, deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any client that does not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.

Bridal Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date or signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.

TRAVEL: A travel fee of $40 and up for on-location services within NYC, to and from zip code 11385 will be applied to your service. Out of state locations may incur an additional long distance travel fee.

PARKING FEES: Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Rates remain the same as listed for bridal services, with the exception of all travel, lodging, and food expenses. These expenses are required to be covered by the client, along with a $200 per day on-location fee.

BRIDAL CONTRACT

When booking for a bridal package, a contract is required to be signed. A 50% deposit is required to secure your desired date. The remaining balance is expected one month before your booking date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, ElliePerezMUA.com, its owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PAYMENT: The final balance is due on the day of the event as one payment – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has booked the service. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit card (additional fee applies), cashier’s check or money order made payable to Elizabeth Perez.

USE OF IMAGE: ElliePerezMUA.com and Elizabeth Perez may use on it’s website – and / or in any brochure, flyer or other advertising it deems necessary – any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Elizabeth Perez and any and all of it’s representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his / her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for which the makeup artist has been contracted to do makeup. Client(s) agree to release to ElliePerezMUA.com use of said photographers / videographer’s photographs and recordings.

The signed agreement serves as a release to client(s) photographer / videographer and authorizes them to release to ElliePerezMUA.com and its owners, agents, and employees any photographs / recordings to use on any promotional materials ElliePerezMUA.com deems necessary.
